Corporate & Individual customers are able to file a complaint about the services provided to them through the below channels:

After submitting the complaint, the customer will be notified that a complaint is filed and will receive a reference number through a text message or email with the expected time to solve the complaint.

The time estimated to solve all complaints will not exceed seven days. And if the complaint is not solved within seven days, the company will inform the customer with the reason of delay and provide time to solve the complaint.
